Fabulous to work with...We just held a wedding in Sept for my husband's daughter and we worked with Lori. I would work with her again in a heart beat--in fact, she is helping us do a much smaller scale party next month! She is professional, smart about her work, honest, hard-working--and truly kind to her marrow. She felt like part of the family, except that she knew how to pull off large-scale parties far better than anyone of us because of her experience and background. She put us in touch with exactly the kind of vendors we wanted to work with, she managed all the details and organized the timeline for what had to happen, and was very dependable for her opinions about how to get the day to match our expectations. She was absolutely tireless in her work and cheerful always. It sounds too good to be true, but she is fabulous to work with.
Best, Elizabeth M.W.
I'm so thankful Lori was there...
Lori is great! Not only does she have a positive, energetic personality, but she is also one of the hardest workers that I know. My husband and I were two of her first official clients; we started with her before her boutique was even ready and prior to her name even being posted on a letterhead. Still, she didn't skip a beat. Lori provided clear lists for us to follow and took on a lot of the running around. My husband and I both work full time, are in school, and are involved with additional activities, so that was important to us. She handled a lot of the calls and the footwork. Honestly, we wouldn't have been able to do all of that ourselves with our busy schedules.
On the days leading up to the actual wedding, Lori was there 100%, and she even went above and beyond to be there for us. When my bridal party got together for nails and tea the day before, Lori showed up with treats and cucumbers for our eyes the next morning. The day of, she came to my house while we were getting our hair done to surprise us with juice, breakfast munchies, and piece of mind. We had many unfortunate incidents occur at our wedding site and on our wedding day, but Lori did her best to make sure that things ran as smoothly as possible; she even took her own money to purchase things that were needed to correct the mistakes of others.
I guess what I am trying to say is that weddings are an undertaking no matter how you look at it. And, no matter what happens, remember that at the end of the day, you will still be married, and that is what is important. But, after the fact and looking back on it, I am so thankful that Lori was there. She and I have built a good friendship, and for that, I wouldn't have changed a thing.
