1. The Complete Perfect Plan

This package will let the two of you totally enjoy your engagement with friends and family. We’ll make all the phone calls, run errands and oversee the countless details that come with planning a wedding that is completely perfect. You, of course, will always have the final word on all decisions. We make it simple for you by presenting thoughtful and  insightful choices with suggestions that reflect our experience in creating one-of-a-kind weddings. This is the whole nine yards, and combined with special discounts from preferred vendors, will enable you to afford a consultant while staying within your budget.

The Complete Perfect Plan includes the following services that may be customized for your needs:

2. The Perfect Wedding Day Plan

This package is ideal for couples that plan most of their wedding themselves and need extra help at the end of the planning process. We will tie up loose ends and ensure your wishes are carried out the way you envi­sioned. We will oversee the smallest details, allowing you to relax and savor your special day with family and friends. Your coordinator will take care of any challenges that may arise as the wedding day approaches. This package provides services for the couple 4 to 6 weeks prior to the wedding date to bring everything together and put on the finishing touches.

Included in The Perfect Wedding Day Plan package:

  • Advice for tabletop, linen and favor design, reception room layout
  • Review and confirmation of YOUR hired vendor contacts to ensure services are carried out as specified
  • Detailed timeline of ceremony and reception and organization of wedding party
  • Comprehensive “ready for anything “ emergency kit
  • Light snacks and beverages for the bridal party on the wedding day
  • Coordinate vendor set up times and act as contact person on site
  • Instruct bridal party participants of their roles and ensure they are carried out
  • Time line and itinerary for all wedding participants
